Hi Bob,
it was my intention to join in with a lot of the Elmore boat events etc this year but with kids and work that has all it has been an intention, however when the school hols are out the way I will be heading south again so would be only to pleased to join you and help launch retrieve etc.
We are very new to the Elmore slip so like you would be learning the water and fish holding areas (if any exist).
We are based in Oxford and have a small 14' Shetland there are 3 usually on mine so if you cant find a helping hand I would throw one of mine, bliss!
